Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are packed and shipped directly from our farm in Ontario, Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • 🇨🇦 Across Canada

  • 🇺🇸 Within the continental United States (lower 48 states)

Online checkout is not currently available for:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

Customers in Alaska or Hawaii are welcome to contact us for a custom shipping quote.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected carrier service. Rates include packaging and handling.

International Orders

Where international shipping is available:

  • Delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country.

  • Xander Farms is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Xander Farms is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
